1 ہحفص 9 فضائل ذكر ف أحاد ث النبوي الشر ف ص ل ى اهلل ع ل ه و س ل م That Rasulullah (Sallallaho alaihe wasallam) has said, "Almighty Allah says, 'I treat my slave (man) according to his expectations from Me, and I am with him when he remembers Me, If he remembers Me in his heart, I remember him in My heart; if he remembers Me in a gathering, I remember him in a better and nobler gathering (i.e. of angels). 2 ہحفص 5 ہحفص 2 ہحفص once said to his companions, "Shall I tell you of something that is the best of all deeds, constitutes the best act of piety in the eyes of your Lord, will elevate your status in the Hereafter, and carries more virtue than the spending of gold and silver in the service of Allah or taking part in jihaad and slaying or being slain in the path of Allah." The companions begged to be informed of such an act. The Prophet (S.A.W) replied, "It is the zhikr of Almighty Allah." ےنایرمہبتاحصہب ےسارشادفرامتاہکںیم مت وک ایسی زیچ ہن اتبؤں وج امتم اامعل ںیم رتہبنی زیچ ےہ اور اہمترے امکل ےک بردی بس ےس زتادہ تازیکہ اور اہمترے دروجں وک تہب زتادہ دنلب رکےن وایل اور وسےن اچدنی وک)اہلل ےک راہتس ںیم( خرچ رکےن ےس یھب زتادہ رتہب اور)اہجد ںیم( مت دونمشں وک لتق رکو وہ متوکلتقرکںیاسےسیھب ببریھوہیئ احصہب ےنرعضایکرضور اتبدںی آپ ےن ارشاد فرامتا ہلل اک ذرک ےہ 4 124, said, "There are many a people who do zhikr of Almighty Allah, while lying comfortably in their soft beds, and for this, they will be rewarded with the highest positions in Paradise by Almighty Lord." وضحرادقسﷺ اکارشادےہہکتہبےسولگاےسیںیہہک داینںیمرنمرنمرتسبوںرپاہللاعتیلشاہن اکذرکرکےتںیہیکسجوہج ےس قح اعتیل شاہن بجےکایلعدروجںںیمانوکوہپاچنداتیےہ 5 86 said, "The contrast between a person who glorifies Almighty Allah and one who does not remember Him is like that between the living and the dead." وضح ﷺر اکارشادےہہکوجصخشاہللاکذرکرکتاےہاوروجںیہن رکتا ن دوونں یک اثمل زدنہ اور رمدے یک یس ےہ ہک ذرک رکےن واال زدنہ ےہ اور ذرک ہن رکےن واال رمدہ ےہ 2Page

3 ہحفص is reported to have said, "If a person has a lot of wealth and distributes it amongst the needy, while another person is only busy with the zhikr of Allah, the latter, who is engaged in zhikr, is the better of the two." وضح ﷺر اکارشادےہہکارگایصخشےکتاستہبےس روےپوہںاوروہانوکمیسقترکراہوہاوردورساصخشاہللےکذرک ںیموغشملوہوتذرکرکےنواالالضفےہ 7 20 ہحفص 93 The Holy Prophet (Sallallaho alaihe wasallam) said, "Those who are admitted into Paradise will not regret over anything of this world, except the time spent without zhikr in their life." اکارشادےہہک بجںیماجےنےکدعبالہ بجوکداینیکیسکزیچاکیھبقلقواوسفسںیہنوہاگزجبا سڑھگی ےک وج داین ںیم اہلل ےک ذرکےک ریغب زگر یئگ وہ 8 18 ہحفص 378 Hadhrat Abu Hurairah (Radhiyallaho anho) and Hadhrat Abu Sa'eed (Radhiyallaho anho) both bore testimony to having heard from Rasulullah (S.A.W), that the gathering engaged in zhikr of Almighty Allah is surrounded by the angels on all sides, the grace of Allah and sakeenah (peace and tranquility) descend upon them, and Almighty Allah speaks about them, by way of appreciation, to His angels." رضحتاوبہربرہ اوررضحتدیعس دوونںرضحاتاسیکوگایہ دےتی ںیہ ہک مہ ےن وضحرﷺ ےس انس ارشاد فرامےت ےھت ہک وج امجع اہلل ےک ذرک ںیم وغشمل وہ فرےتش اس امجع وک بس رطػےسھگرےتیلںیہاوررتمحانوکڈاھییتیلےہاورہنیکس انرپتازلوہیتےہاوراہلللجشاہن اناک ذترکہاینپسلجمںیم افتخرےکوطررپفرامےتںیہ 3Page

4 ے 9 28 ہحفص 49 Once Rasulullah (Sallallaho alaihe wasallam) went to a group of Sahaba, (Radhiyallaho anhum) and said to them, "What for are you sitting here?" They replied, "We are engaged in the zhikr of Almighty Allah, and are glorifying Him for His extreme kindness to us in that He has blessed us with the wealth of Islam." Rasulullah (SA.W) said, "By Allah, Are you here only for this reason?" "By Allah!", replied, the Sahaba, (Radhiyallaho anhum), "We are sitting here only for this reason." Rasulullah (S.A.W) then said, "I asked you to swear not out of any mis-understanding, but because Jibraeel (Alayhis salaam) came to me and informed me just now that Almighty Allah was speaking high about you before angels." ایرمہبتاحصہب یکایامجعےکتاس رشتفیےلےئگاوردرتاتففرامتاہکسکتب اتےنمتولوگںوک اہیںاھٹبتاےہ رعضایکاہلللجشاہن اکذرکرکرےہںیہاوراس تب اترپاسیکدمحوانثرکرےہںیہہکاسےنمہولوگںوکاالسمیک دول ےس ونازا ہی اہلل اک ببرا یہ ااسحن مہ رپ ےہ وضحرﷺ ےن فرامتاایکخذایکمسقرصػایسوہجےسےھٹیبوہ احصہب ےنرعضایک خذا یک مسق رصػ ایس وہج ےس ےھٹیب ںیہ وضحرﷺ یسک دبامگین یک وہج ےس ںیم ےن مت ولوگں وک مسق ںیہن دی ہکلب ےنفرامتاہک ربجلیئ ریمےتاسایھبآےئےھتاورہیربخانسےئگہکاہلللج شاہن متولوگںیکوہجےسالمہکئرپرخففرامرےہںیہ ہحفص 437 Hadhrat Anas (Radhiyallaho anho) reported that Rasulullah (SA.W) had said, "When some people assemble for the zhikr of Allah with the sole purpose of earning His pleasure, an angel proclaims from the sky, 'You people have been forgiven, your sins have been replaced by virtues." وضح ﷺر اکارشادےہہکوجولگاہللےکذرکےکےیلعمتجم وہں اور ان اک وصقمد رصػ اہلل یہ یک راض وہ وت آامسن ےس ای فرہتشدنارکتاےہہکمتولگشخبدیےئگاوراہمتری ببراایئں ویکینں ےس دبل دی ںیئگ 4Page

5 ہحفص 5 36 ہحفص said, "No other action of a person can surpass zhikr of Almighty Allah in saving him from the punishment in the grave." یبنارکمﷺ اکارشادےہاہللےکذرکےس ببرھرکیسکآدیماک وکیئ لمع ذعاب ربق ےس زتادہ اجنت دےنی واال ںیہن ےہ ہحفص 77 had said, "Almighty Allah will, on the Day of Resurrection, resurrect certain groups of people in such a state that their faces will be radiant with light, they will be sitting on pulpits of pearls and others will envy their lot. They will neither be from among the Prophets nor from among the martyrs." Somebody asked the Prophet (S.A.W) to let him have more details about these people, so that he may be able to recognize them. Rasulullah (SA.W) replied, "They will be the people who belong to different families and different places, but assemble at one place for the love of Almighty Allah and are engaged in His zhikr." وضح ﷺر اکارشادےہہکایقمےکدناہلللجشاہن ضعب وقومں اک رشح ایسی رطح فرامںیئ ےگ ہک ان ےک رہچوں ںیم ونر اتکمچ وہا وہ اگ وہ ومویتں ےک ربمموں رپ وہےگن وہ ا بناء اور دہشاء ںیہن وہےگن یسکےنرعضایکتاروسلاہلل اناکاحلایبنرکدےئجیہک مہ ان وک اچہپن ںیل وضحرﷺ ےنفرامتاوہولگوہںےگوج اہلل یک تبحم ںیم فلتخم وہگجں ےس فلتخم اخدناونں ےس آرک ای ہگج عمج وہ ےئگ وہں اور اہلل ےک ذرک ںیم وغشمل وہں Page

6 ہحفص 1 said, "When you pass the gardens of Paradise, graze to your heart's content." Someone asked. "0 Rasulullah! (SA.W), what is meant by the gardens of Paradise?" He replied, "Gatherings for performing zhikr." ےنارشادفرامتاہک بجب بجےکتب اوغںرپ زگرو وت وخب رچو یسک ےن رعض ایک تاروسل اہللﷺ تب اغایکںیہ ارشادفرامتاذرکےکےقلح بجےک ہحفص 84 said, "One who is too weak to bear the strain of keeping awake at night (in the worship of Almighty Allah), is too miserly to spend his wealth in the path of Allah, and is too cowardly to take part in jihaad, is advised to remain engaged in the zhikr of Allah." وضح ﷺر اکارشادےہہکوجمتںیمےساع ب خروہراوتںوکتنحم رکےنےساورلخبیکوہجےساملیھبخرچہنایکاجتاوہ )ینعییلفن دصاقت( اور ببردیلیکوہجےساہجدںیمیھبرشتکہنرکاتکسوہ اس وک اچےیہ ہک اہلل اک ذرک رثکت ےس ایک رکے ہحفص 195 is reported to have said, "Practice zhikr so excessively that people may regard you as a maniac." وضحرادقسﷺ اکارشادےہہکاہللاکذرکایسیرثکتےسایک رکو ہک ولگ ونجمن ےنہک ںیگل Page

7 has said: "The following seven persons will be accommodated by Allah in the shade of His Mercy on the day when there will be no other shade except His: (1) A just ruler (2) A young man who worships Allah in his youth (3) A person whose heart yearns for the masjid (4) Those two persons who love, meet and depart only for the pleasure of Allah (5) A man who is tempted by a beautiful woman and refuses to respond for fear of Allah (6) A person who gives alms so secretly that the charity of one hand is not known to the other hand.
